Highlights & Flat Iron Straightening
Q: Is it safe to put highlights in your hair and then still straighten your hair using a flat iron about every day?
A: It should be perfectly safe as long as you remember to keep the hair properly conditioned and use the flat iron safely. We have

highlighting and before any thermal styling process.
Chemically treated hair is doubly needful of conditioning, so be sure to condition the hair
daily, even if you don’t shampoo. A rinse-through conditioner is generally sufficient to remove the daily soil that accumulates on
most women’s hair, and following that with a leave-in conditioner before blow-drying and flat ironing will ensure that the hair
remains in healthy condition and be protected from the rigors of heat styling.
